General Plumbing Superintendent (Full Time)
We are looking for a deadline oriented Plumbing Superintendent to oversee our residential and Light Commercial projects and act as a link between various project parties. The Plumbing Superintendent will lead and manage on-site plumbing team and oversee all plumbing work on sites. They will be responsible for orderliness on site and compliance with safety regulations. They will ensure quality standards are met and all equipment and materials are available on site at all times. You will liaison with inspection authority regarding plumbing approval.
To ensure success, you should complete projects on time and within budget and never compromise quality. Top Candidate will be strong leader, pro-active, and perform well under pressure.
Plumbing Superintendent Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the onsite plumbing team

Attend production meetings
-
Review and become familiar with the schedules and budgets
-
Placing orders for equipment, materials, and on-site work
-
Following the Project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.

Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety, cleanliness, and orderliness.

Monitoring records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders, RFI, Timesheets for plumbing team, and utilities are marked.
Requirements/Qualifications:

Plumbing experience as a Lead Foreman or Superintendent
-
Proficient with IPhone, Androids, and Tablets
-
Ability to interpret and direct install of plumbing according to drawings, specifications, and other documentation
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding organizational skills

Plumbing Purchasing Expeditor (Full Time)
Our company is interested in hiring an Expeditor who has excellent vendor communications, strong time management skills, and a commitment to meeting corporate deadlines and placing critical orders on time. Expeditor will be responsible for communicating with our plumbing suppliers to ensure that all deliveries arrive at jobsite on time. He or she will also be required to report any pending delivery delays to management team and Vice President; and work with suppliers to help get deliveries on the jobsites as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:

Place all orders to suppliers daily

Contact suppliers on day of delivery to make sure that the day’s material will be at jobsite

Notify management team in a timely manner when delivery is going to be delay or short

Work with vendors and suppliers on invoicing issues
-
Deliver all material orders to supplier via email or fax (written form)
-
Confirm that supplier received the daily material requests and commits to having material onsite on date and time requested.

Ensure that the correct take off for material is used and/or replaced with supplier when changes occur.
Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma/GED or higher education

Strong Management and Organizational Skills

Impeccable knowledge of all Plumbing materials for Residential and/or Light Commercial jobs
